Who are we?

Rylea Engineering Services was established in 1999 by Tony Seychell.

Tony started the business after eleven years experience as a senior manager with Simon Carves and completing a Diploma in Engineering.

But, most importantly, he had a vision to build a reliable engineering service that delivered on time and on budget.

And with over 26 years experience in the industry, starting on the shop floor as a boilermaker, Tony has been able to build a team that has quickly established Rylea Engineering Services amongst its peers.

Tony understands that a successful business starts with its people, and his handpicked team average 15 years experience in the design, manufacture and installation of projects.

Now hiring 20 employees, working in a 1200m2 workshop with a 10 tonne overhead crane, Tony ensures each member of the team remain highly skilled with regular training, both technically and in areas such as first aid.

This commitment to expertise means the Rylea Engineering Services team successfully work together to exceed customer requirements and expectations on all projects they undertake.

And it has also helped Rylea Engineering Services build an enviable reputation for reliability, and accreditation with some of Australia’s industry leaders.
